Neat comfortable hotel, amicable staff and absolutely perfect location close to terminal 1. Exceptional meals with savoury drinks. Exceptional service, parking onsite.

We stayed here for 4 nights and liked the place. Everything was modern, including helpful staff and good location to terminal 2. The food was exceptional with a lot of options. The service was excellent, that made the hotel exceptionally comfortable and perfect place. Moreover, we could park the car on site.

Sheraton offers a very nicely decorated hotel with spacious, spotlessly clean rooms. The breakfast is fantastic, and the service is polite and attentive.

For a quick getaway, this place is unbeatable! Just a 5-minute walk to the airport. The sleek, clean rooms and fantastic rooftop pool add to the experience. Despite some slow service at the bar, the location and comfort make it worthwhile for hassle-free travel. Ideal for families and couples alike!

The fitness center was well-equipped, and I appreciated the coffee machine in my room each morning. One evening, I noticed how friendly the staff was.

The location of this hotel is super convenient, just a stone's throw from the airport. The rooftop pool offers some nice views but wasn't open for use, disappointing. The gym being in the basement with no windows took away from my motivation to work out. It felt cramped and uninviting. I found the decor contemporary and generally well-maintained, but the cleanliness of my room wasn't up to par. I noticed the floor wasn't clean and the sofa had some stains. The staff was hit or miss. While some were friendly, there were instances where I felt unwelcome, especially during check-in when I faced some resistance about room arrangements for my family. Extra charges were applied unexpectedly, which left a sour taste as well.

Request a room on the highest floor for fine views and less noise from the pool area.

Excellent Location and Fine Rooftop Views

The highlight was definitely the rooftop pool and restaurant where I enjoyed amazing views of the airport and the sea while indulging in really good food. The staff were great, accommodating my early check-in. One slight improvement could be to enhance seating availability in the pool area for a more relaxing experience.

The breakfast buffet was great with a variety of delicious options. The rooftop restaurant offered amazing views of the city. I recommend getting there early as seating fills up rapidly. Just be cautious with the tight underground parking!

Totally recommend for short visits

Cozy room, excellent shower, with a microphone-like shower head that adds a fun twist. Plus, enjoying coffee from the Nespresso machine with Roma capsules after a refreshing sleep makes for a perfect start to the day, all conveniently located just 1 km from the airport.

The hotel was beautifully designed with modern decor and had easy access for seniors. The staff were helpful, assisting me with my luggage promptly.

More seating in common areas would be useful.

Fine rooftop vistas, Direct airport access, Modern and clean facilities

Issues with slow service at the rooftop bar left me waiting too long!!! The unclear communication about pool availability was frustrating, especially when I wanted to relax on a nice day!!!

This place offers excellent service and has a convenient location near terminal 2, with modern, clean rooms and spacious beds, plus the staff members are incredibly friendly and helpful.
